About The Company
Cypress HCM is recruiting for a client whose mobile application serves millions of users. The client’s engineering organization works across four product teams focused on third-party integrations and user flows. Its mobile teams include iOS, Android, mobile infrastructure, product, and server engineers who collaborate to build and improve reliable customer experiences.
The organization values thoughtful architecture, strong development practices, and the ability to release improvements at a steady pace. Continuous integration and automated testing support a bi-weekly release schedule. Beta releases, analytics, A/B testing, and feature flags help teams learn from user behavior and iterate on products. Code is reviewed by fellow developers, designs are carefully inspected, and features are tested through both manual and automated quality assurance.
About The Role

You will contribute to an established mobile application and help maintain the engineering standards expected of a product used by millions of people. Success in this role requires sound technical judgment, a focus on maintainable implementation, and the willingness to communicate early when a technical issue or dependency may affect progress. You will also participate in team discussions and code reviews, helping support shared ownership of the codebase and a collaborative delivery process.
