This employer is seeking a Marketing Manager to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and monetization across the customer journey.

The Role

• Design, build, and deploy automated lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging using CRM platforms

• Optimize key user journeys spanning onboarding, active engagement, retention, reactivation, and winback programs

• Design and execute experiments and A/B tests to improve campaign performance and incremental lift

• Track, analyze, and report on core lifecycle KPIs to share actionable insights with cross-functional teams

• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ensure proper event tracking, data structures, and segmentation

What You'll Need

• 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing within consumer technology or subscription services

• Hands-on experience building automated workflows in CRM platforms

• Strong analytical skills with experience pulling cohorts and utilizing business intelligence tools
