About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive digital experiences. Candidates should have a basic understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.

• Work with developers and product teams to understand project requirements.

• Conduct basic user research and usability testing.

• Develop responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

• Maintain consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and layouts.

• Improve existing interfaces based on user feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of UI/UX design principles.

• Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.

• Familiarity with Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user journey mapping.

• Knowledge of responsive web and mobile application design.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

• A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, internship, or professional design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with UX research and usability testing.

• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
