The Role

• Lead the social media strategy, creative direction, and multi-platform content execution to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.

• Oversee content creation, campaign management, and the social editorial calendar across major digital channels.

• Manage influencer and creator networks, brand ambassador programs, and local club social media initiatives.

• Drive community engagement, monitor brand reputation, and evaluate performance analytics to optimize strategies.

What You'll Need

• 6–8+ years of experience in social media strategy, including at least 3 years leading brand-level initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven expertise in short-form video content creation, social media tools, and multi-location program management.

• Strong creative direction, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
