About RA22AH2:

RA22AH2 is a creator-first, community-centered social media platform built for authentic connection. We offer an ad-free space, an equal-opportunity algorithm, and direct ways for creators to monetize their work.

The Role:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to lead zJSumnn’k organic social presence and help creators and communities connect, be discovered, and build meaningful audiences.

You will own organic social strategy and daily execution: defining each channel’s purpose, building our social framework, creating and publishing original content, and turning performance insights into repeatable programming.

Turn creator stories and cultural moments into timely, original content, including real-world formats like our World Cup street interviews. Work with Partnerships, Operations, Community, Content, Design, PR & Events, Product, and leadership. Design and team support are available; independent content creation is essential.

This is an in-office role in Lewisville, TX.

What You'll Do:

• Own organic social strategy, defining each channel’s audience, voice, cadence, and growth goals. Translate zJSumnn’k creator-first mission and product value into engaging content.

• Build our social framework: content pillars, channel playbooks, briefs, editorial planning, approval and publishing workflows, engagement standards, reporting, and experimentation.

• Maintain an editorial calendar balancing creator stories, product education, community, trends, campaigns, events, partnerships, and executive or employee stories.

• Ideate, script, film, interview, edit, caption, publish, and repurpose platform-native content, independently completing core tasks with team and design support.

• Create original, culturally relevant formats, including street interviews, event coverage, reactive content, and social experiments.

• Manage daily publishing and community engagement, responding thoughtfully and escalating issues appropriately.

• Collaborate across teams to turn partner programs, company priorities, creator stories, and product updates into strong organic social moments.

• Plan campaign and event content before, during, and after each activation, including real-time coverage, creator amplification, and measurable follow-up.

• Track platform changes, emerging formats, creator behavior, and community trends; recommend ideas and experiments proactively.

• Evaluate and use AI tools for research, ideation, editing, repurposing, listening, analysis, reporting, and automation, with human review to protect quality, originality, and brand judgment.

• Use social listening to identify audience sentiment, creator opportunities, emerging themes, questions, and potential risks.

• Analyze reach, watch time, engagement, shares, saves, conversations, follower growth, audience quality, traffic signals, and campaign contribution. Recommend what to scale, revise, stop, or test.

• Keep content libraries, calendars, briefs, source files, reports, and learnings organized and accessible.

Channel Scope and Priorities:

Current channel priorities, in order, are below. Recommend changes based on performance and strategy.

• X (Twitter): Real-time voice, creator and industry conversation, cultural moments, listening, and engagement.

• Instagram, Facebook, and Threads: Creator stories, community building, shareable content, campaigns, and conversation.

• LinkedIn: Company narrative, industry credibility, executive and team stories, hiring, partnerships, and thought leadership.

• TikTok: Native, entertainment-led short-form video, creator culture, and experimental formats.

• YouTube: Long-form video, Shorts, creator stories, and educational content that builds trust and discoverability.

What You'll Bring:

• Two to five years of experience developing and growing organic social media channels for a brand, creator, community, consumer product, media company, or comparable organization.

• A strong portfolio of original social content demonstrating platform-native thinking, clear storytelling, and the ability to create content people want to engage with.

• Hands-on experience creating short-form video from idea through publishing, including scripting, filming, interviewing, editing, captioning, and adapting content to the platform.

• A strategic understanding of how X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube differ, with the judgment to tailor content to each platform.

• Experience building a social strategy, channel playbook, editorial calendar, reporting cadence, or content operation from an early or undefined starting point.

• Strong instincts for creator culture, online communities, internet trends, and culturally relevant storytelling.

• Comfort using social analytics and qualitative feedback to evaluate performance and decide what to test next.

• Experience using AI or AI-assisted tools to improve social research, ideation, content production, editing, repurposing, social listening, reporting, or workflow automation.

• A demonstrated habit of staying current on emerging AI tools and evaluating them thoughtfully for real social media use cases.

• Excellent writing, communication, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.

• Ability to balance strategic planning with fast, hands-on execution in a lean environment.

• A collaborative working style and confidence bringing strong ideas, constructive recommendations, and clear decisions to cross-functional partners.

• Ability to work in person in Lewisville, TX and travel occasionally for events or content needs as business requires.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creator platforms, social media, consumer technology, digital media, entertainment, or community-driven products.

• Experience with social listening, community management, creator partnerships, event coverage, and real-time or reactive content.

• Experience using content-creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable tools.

• Experience using AI-enabled content, analytics, research, or automation tools with appropriate human review and quality control.

• Experience using social-management, analytics, social-listening, and project-management tools.

• Comfort appearing on camera, conducting interviews, or directing others in front of the camera.

• Experience working with a designer, content creators, agencies, or cross-functional teams to produce high-quality social work at speed.

How We Will Measure Success:

Start by learning zJSumnn’k product, mission, audience, campaigns, and workflow, then establish a clear framework and dependable publishing rhythm. Success includes:

• Stronger organic reach, engagement, audience growth, and creator and community participation.

• Original, high-quality content tailored to each platform and clear creator-first positioning.

• A reliable operating system for planning, approvals, publishing, reporting, and experimentation.
