About The Role

Aditi Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Front End / Full Stack Engineer to join a Digital Ecosystem Engineering team. In this role, you will help shape and build the company’s website platform, creating engaging, accessible, and high-performance experiences for visitors and customers as they explore the digital ecosystem. You will contribute to frontend architecture decisions, deliver scalable web solutions, and promote technical excellence across the team.

This position is well suited to an engineer who combines strong frontend expertise with ownership, communication, and a practical, AI-first approach to development. You will work in a hybrid engineering model, taking responsibility for the quality of your own code and contributing to the quality of the broader team’s work.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have experience building and maintaining large-scale, complex web applications, with strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript ES6 or later, CSS3, and TypeScript. You should have hands-on experience with at least one modern frontend framework, such as React, Angular, Vue, or Ember, and development tools such as Webpack, npm, or Yarn. Experience with WordPress, responsive design, and mobile web development is valuable.

You should understand web performance, application security, object-oriented development, MVC patterns, and frontend testing methodologies. Familiarity with test-driven development and frameworks such as Jest or Cucumber is a plus. We also value experience creating unit and functional tests, developing test strategies, and improving automation and code coverage.

Candidates should be comfortable mentoring engineers, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important, including the ability to document and visualize technical designs and present them to internal or external audiences. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or equivalent practical experience is required. Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, Agentforce, or SlackBot to support engineering work is expected.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve the company website as a platform for engaging visitors, helping customers discover relevant offerings, and supporting their journey through the ecosystem. Build the components and development pipelines that power these experiences using WordPress, standards-compliant HTML5, ES6, CSS3, and Web Components.

Design, implement, test, and deliver scalable, high-performing products. Help establish frontend architecture and continuously improve the codebase, development process, and engineering practices. Integrate AI tools into your workflow to accelerate development and encourage effective AI-first practices across the team.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, user experience specialists, and performance engineers to deliver useful features while maintaining a stable, scalable platform. Create and apply test strategies, contribute to automation frameworks, write unit and functional tests, review designs and code, and share technical decisions with relevant groups.

Benefits

The typical U.S. base pay range is $70.00–$75.00 per hour. This is a non-exempt position and may qualify for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek, or as required by applicable law. Final pay within the stated range depends on relevant skills, education, and experience.
