Must Have Skills:

• Develop custom components and integrations using SPFx and Microsoft 365 technologies

• Single Page Application (SPA) Development

• Develop and maintain applications using React, Angular, or Vue

• Create reusable components and scalable front-end architectures

• Implement state management, routing, and authentication

• Advanced Front-End Development

• Expert-level JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

• Translate UI/UX prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces

• Optimize accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility

• API & Data Integration

• Consume and integrate REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and web services

• Work with JSON, asynchronous programming, and complex data models

• Build secure, data-driven user experiences

• AI Agent Development

• Design and develop AI-powered agents with Copilot an/or Microsoft Foundry

• Implement RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI solutions

• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365 and business systems
