Mission
Turn EJHWYURw'H proprietary AI-impact datasets and insights into the content, campaigns, and sales enablement that define a new category, independent AI measurement, for enterprise buyers, owning major parts of marketing end-to-end and tying every program back to pipeline and revenue.
Outcomes
• Data-Driven Content & Thought Leadership: Navigate EJHWYURw'H proprietary datasets and insights and turn them into powerful content for social, sales, the website, and campaigns, shaping how the market sees whether AI delivers value in the enterprise.
• Enterprise Messaging Across Formats: Write for enterprise buyers across formats, including content, ad copy, landing pages, and sales enablement, translating complex, technical concepts into clear positioning.
• Sales Enablement That Moves Deals: Support sales with materials and positioning that move deals: one-pagers, battle cards, decks, and sequences.
• Integrated Campaigns & Pipeline Attribution: Run integrated campaigns across paid, email, web, and organic, and own HubSpot across nurture, dashboards, attribution, and full-funnel reporting to tie results back to pipeline and revenue.
Competencies
• Enterprise B2B Writing: Exceptional writer who turns complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers, across long-form content, landing pages, ad copy, sales enablement materials, and social (LinkedIn and X).
• Data Storytelling: Genuinely comfortable with data; can navigate proprietary datasets and turn them into compelling stories for social, sales, and the website.
• AI-First Execution: Defaults to AI-first thinking when solving problems and uses tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity daily. This is a screening competency; candidates who treat AI like a checkbox are unlikely to succeed here.
• High Agency & Outcome Ownership: Spots gaps and owns the fix end-to-end. Makes the call and iterates rapidly without needing a fully baked brief, and wants to own major parts of marketing and the business, not just tasks.
• Marketing Operations & Attribution: Hands-on with HubSpot and modern martech, including nurture, dashboards, attribution, and full-funnel reporting. Measures success in pipeline, not activity.
• Hands-On, Fast-Moving Collaboration: Rolls up their sleeves and moves fast alongside the CMO, Sales, and Product, bringing high energy, high standards, and low ego.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience (judgment and output matter more than years)
• Strong writing portfolio for enterprise buyers across content, ad copy, landing pages, and sales enablement
• Demonstrated ability to turn datasets and insights into compelling content and stories
• Hands-on HubSpot expertise across nurture, dashboards, attribution, and full-funnel reporting
• Experience running integrated campaigns across paid, email, web, and organic channels
• Track record of driving measurable pipeline, not just activity
• AI-first daily user of tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
• Able to work in-office in the Bay Area (this role is not remote)
Preferred
• ML or AI marketing experience
• Startup or early-stage company experience, owning broad marketing scope with lean resources
• Experience building research- or data-led content programs (e.g., benchmark reports, original research)
About PHCZcPNT
We Measure AI Impact. PHCZcPNT is the measurement layer for AI in the enterprise. As companies move AI into production, the real question isn't only which models work, it's what measurable business impact those models produce. PHCZcPNT turns AI from a black box into an evidence system: we observe adoption, evaluate proficiency, and, critically, connect AI behavior to business outcomes so leaders can trust, govern, and invest in AI with confidence.
We measure AI Impact across multiple, practical dimensions (speed, quality, absorption, and business outcome), triangulating telemetry, external system data (CRM, project tools, etc.), and human signals so that AI investment maps to real value, not just usage. This lets enterprises spot where AI is creating value, where work is piling up waiting for human review (“absorption capacity”), and where workflows must be redesigned to scale impact.
We're not just building “AI features.”We're building AI-native teams that own outcomes. AI is the default lens for how we build, market, and scale the business. If you treat AI like a checkbox, this role isn't for you.
