About The Role
The role owns organic and paid search performance for a fast-growing technology company — driving qualified traffic, lowering acquisition costs, and making search a measurable pipeline channel, not a vanity metric.
You will work at the intersection of SEO and SEM: technical site health, content strategy, keyword architecture, and paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, reporting directly into demand-gen leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the SEO roadmap: technical audits, crawl/indexation issues, Core Web Vitals, and on-page optimization across the marketing site and product pages
• Build and manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
• Conduct keyword and competitive research using Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console to identify content and ranking opportunities
• Partner with content and web teams to ship SEO-optimized landing pages, and measure impact on rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Build dashboards and reporting in GA4 and Looker Studio tracking CTR, CPL, organic traffic, and search-attributed pipeline
• Run structured experiments on ad copy, landing pages, and structured data (schema markup) to improve quality scores and conversion rates
• Monitor algorithm updates and industry changes; adjust strategy and communicate impact to stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
• 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• Deep proficiency with Google Ads, Google Search Console, GA4, and at least one major SEO toolset (Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz)
• Working knowledge of technical SEO: site architecture, crawl budgets, redirects, schema markup, and page-speed optimization
• Experience managing six-figure paid search budgets with demonstrated ROI and CPL improvements
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Sheets, attribution models, and presenting performance to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Bonus: Experience with programmatic SEO, HTML/CSS fundamentals, conversion rate optimization tools (Optimizely, Hotjar), or demand-gen campaign experience
