Project Manager — Узбекистан, Ташкент

Responsibilities: • Plan and manage IT and AI projects from start to finish

• Coordinate several projects running at the same time

• Coordinate the work of the Backend, Frontend, Mobile, AI/ML, UI/UX and QA teams

• Control project timelines, budget, resources and quality

• Monitor task completion and resolve issues that arise

• Ensure effective communication with clients

• Manage risks and changes in requirements

• Maintain project documentation, plans and status reports

Requirements: • At least 2 years of experience in IT project management

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Experience working with Jira, ClickUp, Trello or similar tools

• General understanding of SDLC, API, Backend, Frontend and QA processes

• Skills in managing project timelines, budget and resources

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Fluent command of Uzbek and Russian

• Responsibility, independent thinking and a focus on results

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in AI/ML, LLM or Data Analytics projects

• Experience working with corporate (B2B) clients

• English at B2 level or above

• PMP, PRINCE2, PSM or CSM certificates

• Experience with business analysis and technical documentation
