Project Manager — EMEA

Whom we are looking for:

We are looking for an exceptional collaborative Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Timeline Management: Own and maintain project timelines, ensuring key deliverables are met and milestones are clearly communicated.

• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes.

• Milestone Tracking: Define, document, and manage delivery checkpoints, ensuring accountability across all teams involved.

• Agile Delivery Oversight: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and remove roadblocks to maintain team velocity.

• Resource Planning: Collaborate with department leads to align resources and capacity with project demands.

• Forecasting & Reporting: Anticipate potential delays, propose mitigations, and provide data-driven forecasts and reporting.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.

• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for translating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with timeline forecasting, resource allocation, and milestone planning.

• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar project management platforms

• Experience working with media, AdTech, or software product teams.
