About the Role

dpaj5Z8y eAA. Ltd. is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards, business intelligence reports, and data visualization solutions that support strategic business decisions.

In this remote, full-time position, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to understand reporting requirements, transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, and deliver accurate, user-friendly reporting solutions. You will play an important role in improving data accessibility, reporting efficiency, and overall business performance through effective business intelligence practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using Microsoft Power BI.

• Connect Power BI with multiple data sources, including SQL databases, Microsoft Excel, and other business applications.

• Develop efficient data models, establish relationships between datasets, and maintain data integrity.

• Create calculated columns, measures, and advanced business calculations using DAX.

• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleaning, and preparation using Power Query.

• Optimize dashboard performance, improve query efficiency, and reduce report loading times.

• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure secure and role-based access to business information.

• Publish, manage, and maintain reports and dashboards through Power BI Service.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

• Develop KPIs, performance metrics, and analytical reports to monitor business objectives.

• Maintain reporting documentation and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to datasets, dashboards, refresh schedules, and reporting processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Power BI development, business intelligence, or data analytics.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard and report development.

• Practical knowledge of DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and data visualization techniques.

• Strong understanding of SQL queries, relational databases, and database concepts.

• Experience integrating and managing data from multiple sources.

• Familiarity with Power BI Service, workspace management, scheduled refreshes, and report deployment.

• Understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and data management practices.

• Experience working with Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) certification will be an advantage.
