About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan the emotional progression and structure of launch videos before production begins.

• Transform complex strategy presentations into clear, impactful visual concepts.

• Promote user-centered design and collaboration across projects.

• Coordinate design handoffs between creative teams and developers to ensure important details are preserved.

• Develop A/B test variations that isolate individual creative elements for meaningful comparison.

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years of relevant design experience.

• Proven ability to deliver completed design work and follow projects through to execution.

• Ability to ask questions, identify potential issues, and address them before they become costly problems.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Mid-level proficiency in interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of Information Architecture or willingness to develop this skill.

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $56,000–$84,000.
