Position Description

This position is in support of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)'s Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). The Government objective is to evolve PIEE from its current operational baseline into a high performing, commercially aligned enterprise platform. This transformation requires a Contractor capable of sustaining a complex, large scale system while proactively driving innovation through legacy codebase refactoring, mature Development, Security, and Operations (DevSecOps) practices, and the strategic infusion of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) to optimize the Procure to Pay (P2P) lifecycle.

The intended outcome is an automated, intelligent, secure, and user centric procurement ecosystem that delivers a decisive operational advantage to the Warfighter.

The Enterprise Agile Lead establishes and coaches the Agile operating model across PIEE product teams, aligning Government priorities, delivery cadence, cross team dependencies, and performance measures while preserving team level accountability.

This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

• Coordinate dependencies, risks, impediments, shared services, and release alignment across sustainment and modernization delivery lanes.

• Use delivery data to identify bottlenecks, improve flow, and strengthen predictability, quality, and transparency.

• Facilitate portfolio and cross team planning without displacing Government product ownership or team level execution.

• Integrate Agile practices with DevSecOps, automated testing, security, architecture, configuration management, and release governance.

• Support organizational adoption through workshops, mentoring, and role based coaching.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• At least five years of relevant Agile delivery and coaching experience.

• Undergraduate degree.

• Experience providing organization level Agile coaching, advisory support, workshops, and mentoring.

• Ability to obtain and maintain IT II / Tier 3 eligibility, as required.

Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:

• Experience coaching multiple DLA, PIEE, or DoD digital product teams.

• SAFe Practice Consultant, PMI ACP, Certified Scrum Professional, or comparable advanced Agile credential.

• Experience with DevSecOps delivery metrics, value stream management, product roadmaps, and multi team release planning.
