Creative Strategist — Flowave, New York, NY

We’re looking for someone who gets content and can turn a client’s product into strong paid social ads. You’ll work closely with our founders, creators, and editing team to take ideas from research through production.

Success means scripts that are ready to shoot, fresh ideas worth testing, and using performance results to improve the next batch.

Responsibilities

• Research our clients’ products, customers, and competitors.

• Develop ad concepts, hooks, and scripts across different formats.

• Give creators and editors clear briefs and references.

• Review performance and use what’s working to develop new ideas.

Qualifications

• Experience developing concepts and writing scripts for paid social.

• Strong research and writing skills.

• Good instincts for hooks, storytelling, and short-form content.

• Examples of ads you’ve developed, with results where available.

NYC preferred, but open to remote for the right person. Apply with examples of your work and a quick intro.
