Role Overview
We are seeking a data-driven, strategic and agile Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing B2B marketing communications agency. In this role, you will lead the development, execution and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns for our B2B clients.
The ideal candidate understands the complexities of the B2B buyer’s journey, long sales cycles and multi-channel demand generation, as well as the suite of Martech tools needed to efficiently and effectively implement and monitor activities. You will serve as a bridge between our clients' business goals and our internal creative, content and account management teams to deliver measurable results and recommendations.
Working day-to-day with the VP of Digital Marketing as well as the content, graphics and account management teams as needed, you will be responsible for strategy and implementation as well as reporting and analytics. Responsibilities between you and the VP of Digital Marketing will be split by function and/or by client, depending on the project.
Key Objectives
• Drive Client Success: Design and execute high-performing B2B digital strategies spanning SEO, digital advertising (SEM, retargeting, social), account-based marketing (ABM), email, web content and organic social media.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account managers, copywriters, and designers to build cohesive, multi-touch campaigns, and coordinate directly with clients for direction and approval.
• Actionable Analytics: Translate complex data sets into clear, executive-ready performance reports that demonstrate marketing and business growth for clients.
Responsibilities
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across advertising, email, social media and web content.
• Lead & Demand Generation: Build and optimize inbound marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead-scoring workflows within client automation platforms.
• SEO & Content Distribution: Oversee technical and on-page SEO strategies as well as website content updates to scale organic visibility for niche, complex industry topics.
• Client Communication: Participate in client-facing meetings to discuss campaign performance, present strategic direction, and justify budget allocations.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct continuous optimizations and A/B testing on ad creative, copy and user experiences to maximize conversion rates with efficient placement costs.
• Project Management: Create efficient processes with internal teams and tools to stay within client-supplied budgets. Optimize resources and priorities across projects, clients and teams.
• Tech Stack Management: Stay ahead of evolving B2B marketing tech, integrating client tech stacks for clean attribution tracking and internal agency tools for process efficiency and transparency.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: 4–6+ years of professional digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years within an agency setting or a B2B corporate environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• B2B Expertise: Proven track record with digital strategy, campaign planning, tactical implementation and reporting in high-tech B2B industries.
