My client is developing an ambitious AI-driven product and is looking for an exceptional Staff Frontend Engineer to play a key role in shaping the product experience from an early stage.

This is a chance to join a small, high-calibre engineering team where frontend development sits at the heart of the product. You'll have significant ownership over architecture, user experience and technical direction, helping define how the product is built as the company grows.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and building polished, high-performance frontend experiences for a next-generation AI product.

• Driving frontend architecture and influencing key technical decisions across React, TypeScript and scalable application design.

• Partnering closely with product and design teams to transform complex concepts into intuitive, seamless user experiences.

• Solving technically challenging problems involving performance, real-time functionality and AI-powered interactions.

• Establishing engineering best practices, raising technical standards and helping shape the frontend culture as the team expands.
