Media Coordinator — DESATNICK REAL ESTATE LLC, Cape May, NJ

Are you creative, confident behind a camera, and eager to learn? We're looking for someone with a passion for photography and videography to join our marketing team!

You'll photograph and film beautiful properties for DRE’s extensive sale & rental inventory, create engaging social media content, capture company events, and assist with a variety of creative marketing projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with a professional camera and a portfolio showcasing your work.

• An eye for lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Creativity, reliability, organization, and a strong work ethic.

• A willingness to learn photo/video editing, drone photography, social media, and other marketing skills.

• A team player who's excited to grow professionally.

What We Offer:

• Full-time, 40 hours/week, salaried position.

• Salary range of $40,000–$52,500 based on skills and experience.

• All professional photography, videography, drone, and editing equipment provided.

• Hands-on training and opportunities to develop new skills.

• A creative, collaborative environment with a growing local company.

No college degree or minimum years of experience required. An FAA drone license is not required to apply, but you must be willing to obtain one.
