Project Manager Scrum Master — American Unit, Inc, Mechanicsville, VA

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile values and frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.

• Experience tracking Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown.

• Strong problem-solving and investigation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification.

• Experience working in large enterprise or government environments.

• Familiarity with Agile maturity initiatives and transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

• Maintain backlogs, work items, and dashboards.

• Create and manage Azure DevOps cards.

• Track project progress, risks, blockers, and delivery metrics.

• Maintain project documentation and action items.

• Coordinate dependencies across teams.

• Collaborate with the Development Manager.

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
