About the Role

Power Platform DeveloperPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled, innovative, and results-oriented Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft 365 technologies. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and BI/IT teams to transform business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric applications that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and deliver actionable insights.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in application development, workflow automation, data integration, and business intelligence, with a passion for leveraging low-code/no-code technologies to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.

• Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly business applications for web and mobile platforms.

• Customize forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and business process flows to meet organizational requirements.

• Translate business needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions and application architectures.

• Develop reusable components, templates, and frameworks to improve development efficiency and consistency.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and define solution designs.

• Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure Services, and third-party applications.

• Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and integration services to extend platform capabilities.

• Build and manage enterprise data solutions using Microsoft Dataverse.

• Create interactive dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical solutions using Power BI.

• Implement and maintain security roles, access controls, governance standards, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and continuous improvement.

• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

• Conduct solution testing, deployment, release management, documentation, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Strong hands-on experience with:

• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)

• Power Automate

• Dataverse

• Power BI

• SharePoint Online

• Microsoft 365 technologies

Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party systems.

Strong understanding of:

• Data modeling and relational databases

• Application architecture and solution design

• DevOps and ALM best practices

• Security and governance within the Power Platform ecosystem

Proficiency in:

• SQL

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-400, PL-600, PL-900, or related certifications).

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and Entra ID.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and integration.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Generative AI solutions.

• Experience implementing enterprise governance, Center of Excellence (CoE), and Power Platform best practices.

• Familiarity with modern workplace technologies, automation strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.
