🚀 We're Hiring: Finance Domain Experts – AI Model Training & Evaluation

Are you an experienced finance professional interested in shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence?

We are looking for Finance Domain Experts with strong backgrounds in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management, or Equity Research to contribute to advanced AI model training and evaluation projects.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Define and document financial workflows, including M&A, company valuation, investment research, and portfolio analysis.

• Develop finance-specific prompts and evaluation rubrics.

• Evaluate AI-generated financial responses for accuracy, reasoning, and quality.

• Test and validate AI models across complex financial scenarios.

• Review financial statements, valuation models, forecasts, and investment research.

• Identify AI model errors and provide actionable feedback.

• Evaluate Agentic AI systems handling complex, multi-step financial tasks.

• Support financial data curation and annotation.

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of professional experience in one or more of these domains:

• Investment Banking

• Private Equity

• Asset Management

• Equity Research

• Strong expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and investment research.

• Hands-on experience in AI Model Training and Evaluation.

• Practical experience in Prompt Engineering and Rubric Development.

• Experience evaluating LLM-generated responses and AI systems.

• Understanding of Agentic AI workflows.

• Knowledge of DCF, LBO, M&A modeling, and financial forecasting.
