About the Opportunity:

The RPA DEVELOPER role involves designing, building, and deploying automation solutions to support essential business processes. This position is responsible for translating business requirements into technical workflows, ensuring the stability and security of automation bots, and maintaining their performance. The role contributes to the organization by enhancing operational efficiency through automation and collaborating with various teams to identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business process requirements into technical designs and develop workflows using approved RPA platforms.

• Test, debug, validate, and deploy bots to production following stability and security standards.

• Monitor automation performance and troubleshoot runtime, functional, integration, and credential issues.

• Update workflows in response to changes in enterprise applications.

• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, process design documents, workflow documentation, and end-user guides.

• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to identify and assess automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Certification in UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable RPA platform preferred.

• Three or more years of experience developing, testing, deploying, or supporting software automation.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise RPA platforms and programming or scripting languages.

• Experience with APIs, databases, source control, and agile delivery methods preferred.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation varies by candidate location within the United States and is based on skills, experience, and internal equity.

• Hourly base salary ranges from $56.09 to $85.11 depending on geographic tier.
