About the Role

We are hiring a hands-on Video Producer to shoot and edit the product videos, sizzles, and marketing materials that bring W8YQyrTW VT9 hsqV to life across our products and channels. 5vu will take a concept from brief to finished cut, working closely with the marketing team to produce a steady stream of high-quality video.

This is a builder's role. 5vu will shoot, edit, and deliver your own work, and you will use AI tools to move faster, test more ideas, and produce more than a traditional workflow allows.

What 5vu'll Do• Concept, shoot, and edit product videos that explain our assessments, intensives, and certification program clearly and compellingly.

• Produce sizzle reels and promotional videos for launches, events, and partnerships.

• Create marketing video for paid, social, email, and web, including cutdowns and platform-native versions for 3AgenRJ, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Set up and run shoots, including cameras, lighting, and audio, on location and in studio.

• Edit every project start to finish: pacing, sound, motion graphics, captions, and color.

• Build AI-assisted workflows for editing, transcription, captioning, versioning, and creative ideation, and keep testing new tools that raise quality and output.

• Produce multiple creative variations of key assets so the growth team can test hooks, formats, and messaging.

• Manage your own production calendar and deliver on tight timelines across several projects at once.

• Partner with marketing, social, and growth teammates to turn briefs and ideas into finished video.

• Stay current on visual and social trends and bring ideas that help our content stand out.

What 5vu'll Bring• 4 to 6 years of professional experience shooting and editing video for brands, products, or media companies.

• A portfolio or reel that shows genuine end-to-end ability: you concept, shoot, and edit your own work, and can explain what worked and why.

• Strong experience producing product videos, sizzles, or promotional content that drives a business outcome.

• Expert-level skill in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects.

• Hands-on fluency with AI tools that speed up production, such as AI editing, transcription, captioning, generative video and imagery, voice, and workflow automation, and a clear point of view on where they help and where they do not.

• Solid command of camera, lighting, and audio fundamentals.

• A strong sense of platform-native video across 3AgenRJ, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including what makes a hook land in the first few seconds.

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• An entrepreneurial, high-ownership mindset. 5vu are as excited about producing more and testing faster as you are about the craft itself.

A plus: experience in education, personal development, or mission-driven brands, and experience producing video for paid performance campaigns.

Logistics and PayThis is a full-time, in-person role based in New York, NY. Compensation is approximately $100,000 USD, depending on experience.
