Overview: SEO & AI Visibility Manager

jAsmUNdaD F3JT is looking to add an SEO & AI Visibility Manager to its Home Office team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a new role: the dedicated owner of how every one of our clubs and resorts is found, in search engines and in AI answers.

In this role, your personality will play a big role in enriching the culture of stewardship, collaboration and honor that drives our Home Office.

You will pair a strategist's view of search with a builder's habit of shipping the work yourself. Prospective members, golfers, and resort guests increasingly find us through Google, maps, and AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You will make sure they find us first, and that what they find is accurate and compelling.

Specifically, you will steward organic search and AI visibility across a portfolio of club and resort websites: technical SEO, content, local presence, and the citations that earn AI recommendations. You will measure your work against a clear scorecard tied to organic traffic, website leads, and revenue.

The SEO & AI Visibility Manager reports to rprHrerFw'g A7ep President of Marketing.

Work

• Own technical SEO across the portfolio's websites, built on MembersFirst and WordPress: site health, speed, indexing, structured data, and site migrations for new acquisitions

• Build and run the content engine: 6 to 10 pieces a month, prioritized by property type, written to rank and to earn AI recommendations

• Manage Google Business Profiles and local presence for every club and resort

• Monitor and grow AI visibility: track how often our clubs and resorts are cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, and improve it

• Lead digital PR: earn links and placements from golf, travel, and wedding media, and manage course-ranking submission cycles

• Select, set up, and manage our SEO and AI visibility platforms within budget

• Report results to leadership and to each club's General Manager, and coordinate with agency partners and club teams

• Stay current on search and AI trends and apply them quickly

Day-to-day Deliverables

• Technical audit and fixes across all sites, a Google Business Profile buildout, a keyword and AI-citation baseline for each market, and a content plan and editorial calendar

• Visibility monitoring across all properties, Business Profile updates and review responses, and technical crawl triage

• Delivery against tiered targets for content pieces, AI citation audits, digital PR outreach, and scorecards for each General Manager, along with quarterly business reviews

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 5 to 7 years in SEO, with multi-site or portfolio experience

• Hospitality, travel, or luxury background preferred

• Fluent in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with experience connecting web activity to CRM leads and revenue (Salesforce or HubSpot a plus)

• Hands-on with enterprise SEO platforms (Semrush or similar) and Google Business Profile management at scale

• A strong writer who will drive website blogs and content programs

• Demonstrated adaptation to, and enthusiasm for, AI search and generative engine optimization

• Comfortable working within constrained CMS platforms

• Organized and self-directed, able to prioritize across many properties and stakeholders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting results to leadership
