Growth Marketing Manager — United States

A technology company is hiring a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to build and scale its small and medium-sized business acquisition engine on a remote basis.

The Role

• Define and lead the B2B acquisition strategy for small and medium-sized businesses, identifying high-potential segments and channels to drive efficient growth.

• Build an integrated acquisition roadmap centered on paid media, owned channels, and partner opportunities.

• Own performance measurement across the acquisition funnel, including sign-ups, activation, early advertiser success, and cost efficiency.

• Design and execute a rigorous testing agenda to improve targeting, creative, landing experiences, and onboarding.

• Partner cross-product and cross-functionally to bring programs to market and translate customer research into actionable insights.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related B2B marketing discipline.

• Strong command of growth strategy, experimentation, audience segmentation, and funnel analysis.

• Exceptional analytical judgment with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
