About The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist at E.V. Bishoff Company plays a critical role in driving marketing lead generation and supporting various marketing initiatives. This position requires advanced expertise in Hubspot and proficiency in managing multiple marketing campaigns. The specialist will provide web design, marketing, and public relations support across all company markets. They will be responsible for creating and maintaining marketing calendars, producing collateral, managing social media presence, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong technical skills, capable of utilizing various digital tools to maximize marketing effectiveness and enhance the company’s brand presence.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Hubspot

• Ability to create and edit floor plans

• Experience with Google Ads and analytics tracking

• Proficiency in web design and website maintenance, specifically with WIX

• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva

• Experience creating training videos using Adobe Audition or comparable software

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices

• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite

• Background in technical or desktop support is beneficial

• Budget management experience

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a monthly marketing calendar

• Develop, implement, and manage monthly marketing campaigns for company properties and office space

• Track monthly leads generated from campaigns and report findings to the company president

• Create and distribute marketing collateral including newsletters, email blasts, direct mailers, and brochures

• Maintain and update databases and sales boards

• Coordinate the writing and distribution of press releases and press kits

• Build and maintain relationships with media and blogger contacts

• Design and produce leasing and event-related marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, postcards, invitations, and custom maps

• Maintain company websites using WIX platform

• Utilize contact databases to prospect sales and assist in event planning

• Manage administrative functions related to special events

• Coordinate and manage social media presence across platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

• Create training videos and upload them to the company’s YouTube channel

• Establish leasing leads while marketing property amenities
