Description:

• An AI Engineer designs, develops, deploys, and operates enterprise AI solutions that enhance customer experiences, automate business processes, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities

• Build generative-AI applications using large language models and multimodal foundation models.

• Develop conversational assistants, copilots, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflow automation.

• Implement retrieval-augmented generation using enterprise content, embeddings, and vector databases.

• Design prompts, context-management strategies, structured outputs, and agent orchestration.

• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud services.

• Create reusable AI services, frameworks, guardrails, and development patterns.

• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, reliability, latency, and cost.

• Implement automated testing, observability, version control, deployment pipelines, and production monitoring.

• Apply data protection, access controls, content filtering, audit logging, and AI governance requirements.

• Optimize AI solutions for scalability, availability, performance, and operational resilience.

• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, cybersecurity teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

• Document solution architecture, technical decisions, operating procedures, and measurable outcomes.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or another enterprise programming language.

• Experience with large language models, foundation-model APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and tool calling.

• Knowledge of retrieval systems, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document processing.

• Experience designing REST APIs, event-driven services, and distributed cloud applications.

• Familiarity with containers, Kubernetes, Git, automated delivery pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

• Understanding of AI security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and production monitoring.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a related technical field.
