The Role

• Draft clear press releases, internal announcements, and media briefing materials.

• Coordinate communication plans and campaign launches across channels.

• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and brand mention reports.

• Communicate brand priorities and editorial updates to internal and external partners.

• Identify potential communication gaps and help develop proactive messaging solutions.

• Maintain press contact lists, editorial calendars, and media tracking databases.

• Support crisis management strategies and day-to-day media relation requests.

• Review campaign engagement metrics and identify opportunities to improve brand outreach.

What You’ll Need

• Strong written, verbal, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple editorial deadlines and competing priorities.

• Confidence engaging with journalists, media partners, and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.

• Comfortable using media software, spreadsheets, and digital distribution tools.

• Previous experience in public relations, copywriting, corporate communications, or media relations is an asset.
