How You'll Spend Your Week

• Helping organise media releases and press distribution from initial drafting through to release

• Maintaining communications calendars, publication deadlines and coverage trackers

• Liaising with journalists, agency contacts and internal departments on PR requirements

• Preparing press kits, briefing notes and brand communications documentation

• Monitoring media mentions and flagging potential coverage opportunities

• Coordinating creative assets and supporting day-to-day media outreach

• Assisting communications managers with editorial reviews and campaign metrics

We're interested in people who are organised, comfortable taking initiative and able to communicate professionally.

Ideally, you'll have:

• Experience in media relations, public relations, copywriting, administration or marketing

• Strong time management and attention to editorial detail

• Confidence communicating with colleagues, press contacts and client leads

• Ability to manage several story angles without losing track of publication deadlines

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar media software

• A practical approach to refining messaging and following through on PR tasks
