We're looking for a Marketing Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to oversee day-to-day promotional activities, coordinate campaign workflows, and help ensure that marketing goals are met efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily promotional activities and coordinate marketing priorities across channels

• Establish and maintain messaging guidelines that support consistent brand positioning

• Monitor marketing performance, review campaign reports, and track engagement metrics

• Identify audience gaps and recommend improvements to existing promotional strategies

• Coordinate creative resources, content schedules, and campaign budgets to support business objectives

• Work with sales and product leads to address brand messaging challenges and optimize conversions

• Maintain accurate marketing calendars, campaign trackers, and performance documentation

• Review progress against launch deadlines, lead targets, and agreed marketing objectives

• Support the planning and implementation of promotional events and product launches

• Communicate brand updates and campaign guidelines to relevant team members

• Help ensure visual identity standards and compliance requirements are followed

• Prepare marketing performance updates and campaign recommendations for management review

What We're Looking For

• Strong creative writing and market analysis skills

• Clear written and verbal communication

• The ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and competing production deadlines

• Confidence reviewing analytics, identifying trends, and tracking return on ad spend

• Good judgment when refining brand messaging and promotional collateral

• The ability to collaborate across departments and support creative team accountability

• Proficiency with standard office software, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools

• A practical approach to content strategy and campaign optimization
