Job Summary

We are seeking highly skilled, hands-on AI Engineers with strong experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure AI Foundry. The ideal candidates will have proven experience designing, developing, integrating, and deploying production-ready AI solutions using modern AI frameworks and Azure-based AI services.

Candidates must demonstrate practical implementation experience across all mandatory technologies, with the ability to build scalable AI applications, orchestrate complex workflows, and optimize LLM-powered solutions for enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs and modern AI frameworks.

• Build and maintain AI workflows and applications using LangChain and LangGraph.

• Design and implement RAG pipelines, including document ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, vector search, retrieval, and response generation.

• Implement and integrate LLMs into enterprise applications and backend services.

• Utilize Azure AI Foundry to develop, configure, evaluate, and deploy AI solutions.

• Develop multi-step AI workflows, tool integrations, and agent-based applications where required.

• Optimize prompt engineering, retrieval quality, response accuracy, latency, and model performance.

• Implement appropriate validation, error handling, security controls, and responsible AI practices.

• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to translate requirements into production-ready AI solutions.

• Troubleshoot, test, and continuously improve AI applications for reliability, scalability, and performance.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• LangChain: Strong hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications.

• LangGraph: Practical experience developing stateful AI workflows and agent orchestration.

• Large Language Models (LLMs): Experience integrating and implementing LLM-based solutions.

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG): Experience designing and implementing end-to-end RAG architectures.

• Azure AI Foundry: Hands-on implementation experience with Azure AI development and deployment services.

Required Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in AI engineering, Generative AI, and LLM application development.

• Proven experience delivering real-world AI projects using all mandatory technologies.

• Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, prompt engineering, and retrieval optimization.

• Experience building, testing, debugging, and deploying AI applications.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
