Director, Strategic Restaurant Marketing — Chicago, IL

Our client in the customer rewards / fintech space is seeking a Director, Strategic Restaurant Marketing leader with deep restaurant industry expertise to support enterprise restaurant clients and partner closely with sales leadership.

Type: Full-Time, Salaried

Location: Hybrid (Chicago area, onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

Salary Range: $140,000-$170,000K

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales leaders to support enterprise restaurant prospects and clients.

• Develop and deliver compelling, data-driven marketing presentations, business reviews, and value propositions.

• Create customized marketing strategies and campaign recommendations based on client needs and business objectives.

• Serve as a consultative, client-facing marketing leader capable of navigating objections and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Collaborate across marketing, sales, analytics, creative, and operations teams to drive client acquisition and retention.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.

• Mandatory restaurant industry experience and strong understanding of restaurant business operations.

• Proven ability to communicate complex marketing concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.

• Experience creating executive-level presentations, insights, and customer-facing materials.

• Strong consultative presence with the ability to build credibility and influence clients and internal stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and quickly ramping on evolving priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience presenting to senior executives and enterprise-level clients.

• Background leveraging marketing analytics, customer insights, and data storytelling to support business decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
