Creative Director - New York City — New York, NY

Our wealth management client is looking for a Creative Director to join their team! This is a full time direct hire position with a hybrid schedule based in New York City. This role requires a balance of big-picture vision and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on performance and results.

The ideal Creative Director will have:

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, ideally in digital and performance marketing environments.

• Luxury industry or agency experience.

• Proven success developing and executing high-performing creative campaigns across digital and traditional channels (player-coach).

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction across a variety of projects and placements including paid media, social, web, email, presentations, and multimedia.

• Deep understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, consumer psychology, and user-centered design principles.

• Ability to think strategically and execute creatively, balancing innovation with business objectives.

• Multi-media experience required.

• Proven track record in mentoring teams and collaboration between design and copywriting.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft Office.

In this role, the Creative Director will be responsible for:

• Developing a compelling creative vision that aligns with company strategy and brand goals.

• Driving the creation of compelling visuals, graphics, copy, and multimedia content across digital, print, video, and social media channels.

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative output aligns with our brand identity, resonates with target audiences, and achieves business objectives.

• Leading and mentoring a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability

• Working hands-on when needed, contributing to concept development, copywriting, and design.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
