Role PurposeThe M/LUX Creator Network & Local Marketing Manager will support influencer campaigns, creator relationships, social content, and local marketing initiatives across M/LUX Studios, the M/LUX Creator Network, Scottsdale Magazine, and Scottsdale Interiors.

Approximately 70% of the role will focus on coordinating influencer and branded content campaigns for regional and national clients. The remaining 30% will support Scottsdale Magazine and Scottsdale Interiors through local social content creation, event execution, and marketing support.

This role is ideal for an organized, creative self-starter who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple projects, and bringing brands to life through content and experiences.

Major Job FunctionsInfluencer Campaigns & Creator Network - 70%• Coordinate and monitor influencer, social media, and branded content campaigns for M/LUX Studios and the M/LUX Creator Network.

• Support campaign execution from initial planning through content delivery and final reporting, keeping timelines, deliverables, and approvals on track.

• Identify and coordinate with creators whose audiences, content, and style align with client goals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, clients, agencies, and brand partners.

• Communicate campaign briefs, content requirements, schedules, and feedback to creators and internal teams.

• Track campaign performance and help prepare client updates, recaps, and recommendations.

• Contribute creative ideas for influencer partnerships, social content, and integrated marketing campaigns.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for team initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, maintaining campaign records, and coordinating travel as needed.

Scottsdale Social, Events & Local Marketing — 30%• Create and capture engaging social content at local events, partner locations, and community activities for Modern Luxury Scottsdale and Modern Luxury Interiors Mountain.

• Support social media planning, content calendars, publishing, and audience engagement.

• Help bring events to life through planning, partner coordination, on-site event execution, and post-event coverage.

• Provide marketing support for publication initiatives, advertiser partnerships, brand promotions, and community programs.

• Work with the publisher and local team to identify opportunities that grow brand awareness, strengthen relationships, and support business goals.

• Coordinate with internal creative, editorial, and sales teams to keep messaging and execution consistent across social, events, and marketing materials.

Requirements & Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, account coordination, or a related field.

• Understanding of social media platforms, creator partnerships, branded content, and content marketing.

• Ability to capture and create social content, including photos, short-form video, and compelling captions.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Confidence communicating with clients, creators, partners, and small groups, both in person and virtually.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media publishing and reporting tools.

• A collaborative attitude, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Availability to attend local events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
