About the Role

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our marketing and content team in Austin, United States.

As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating informative, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that helps job seekers discover career opportunities and enables employers to make better hiring decisions.

You will develop blogs, articles, career guides, website content, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials. Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and publish SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, career guides, landing pages, and website content.

• Create engaging and informative content related to recruitment, careers, job searching, workplace trends, and hiring practices.

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and improve organic website visibility.

• Optimize content using SEO best practices, including headings, keywords, meta titles, meta descriptions, and internal linking.

• Review and update existing articles and website content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and search engine performance.

• Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, readability, consistency, and quality.

• Review drafts submitted by other writers and provide constructive feedback to improve content standards.

• Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to develop visual content and engaging digital campaigns.

• Develop content strategies based on audience interests, business goals, and market trends.

• Conduct accurate research using reliable sources to create informative and trustworthy content.

Qualifications and Requirements
