Job Description:

Position Summary: The Agile Delivery Leader is an Agile subject matter expert responsible for leading value-driven delivery on one or more Scrum/Kanban teams while ensuring that customer needs and expectations are met. This role involves fostering an environment where engineering teams can deliver high-quality, valuable software. As a thought and organizational leader, the Agile Delivery Leader is trusted to work in a self-directed manner, yet in collaboration with peers.

Job Must Haves:

• Technical Background (Would be plus is someone was formerly a Developer, Analyst, etc, not mandatory requirement)

• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for for a software development team applying Scrum principles

• Deep understanding of Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban

• Highly communicative across different levels of the organization

• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

• Seasoned, doesn’t need their hand held

• Deep understanding of Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban

• Project Manager to Scrum Master - 50/50

Job Nice to Haves:

• Awareness and experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games

• Software product development experience

• Experience executing process change management techniques

• Experience with GenAI or or other forms of AI

• Banking/Financial industry background
