About The Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist owns the day-to-day execution of demand generation across paid search, paid social, email, and SEO — the channels that fill the pipeline. This is a hands-on role in a B2B SaaS environment: launching campaigns in HubSpot, managing Google Ads and LinkedIn budgets, and optimizing landing pages built in Webflow.
The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and works closely with content and product marketing. Results are measured weekly: MQLs, CPL, demo conversion, and pipeline contribution. Expect autonomy, fast iteration, and full visibility into what's working and what isn't.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and meta platforms — managing $50K+/month in combined spend
• Own SEO execution: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits via Screaming Frog and Ahrefs, and coordination with content on editorial priorities
• Manage lead nurture and email programs in HubSpot, including segmentation, workflows, A/B testing of subject lines and CTAs
• Launch and iterate landing pages and forms in Webflow/Unbounce, improving conversion rates through structured testing
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards in GA4 and Looker tracking CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and channel-level pipeline attribution
• Partner with sales to tighten lead scoring and routing, and give feedback loops on lead quality
• Stay current on search algorithm changes and AI-driven SERP shifts; adjust strategy proactively
What We Are Looking For
• 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology
• Deep working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and GA4 — certification or equivalent real-world budget management
• Experience with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Marketo) including workflow and lead-lifecycle management
• Working understanding of SEO fundamentals: technical audits, keyword strategy, and on-page optimization
• Comfortable with data: pivot tables, attribution models, and translating channel metrics into budget recommendations
• Strong copy editing skills and a bias toward shipping fast and testing often
• Bonus: experience with Webflow, SQL basics, Google Tag Manager, or ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase)
