We're looking for a Marketing Specialist in Chicago, IL to oversee day-to-day promotional activities, coordinate campaign workflows, and help ensure that marketing goals are met efficiently and consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily marketing activities and coordinate campaign priorities across teams

• Establish and maintain content calendars that support consistent brand workflows

• Monitor promotional performance, review engagement analytics, and track campaign KPIs

• Identify low-performing messaging and recommend improvements to existing strategies

• Coordinate digital assets, schedules, and campaign budgets to support marketing objectives

• Work with creative leads to address content bottlenecks and remove campaign delays

• Maintain accurate promotional records, channel trackers, and performance documentation

• Review campaign progress against deadlines, engagement targets, and agreed objectives

• Support the planning and implementation of regional product launches

• Communicate brand guidelines and messaging expectations to relevant team members

• Help ensure internal compliance and advertising standards are followed

• Prepare marketing performance updates and recommendations for management review

What We're Looking For

You'll need:

• Strong organizational and campaign planning skills

• Clear written and verbal communication

• The ability to coordinate multiple promotions and competing campaign deadlines

• Confidence reviewing analytics, identifying trends, and tracking audience engagement

• Good judgment when resolving day-to-day marketing issues

• The ability to collaborate across creative teams and support campaign accountability

• Proficiency with standard office software, social media platforms, and marketing analytics

• A practical approach to campaign optimization and content strategy
