This employer is a global experiences and discovery platform connecting millions of consumers with local merchants and events. They are currently seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to drive brand culture and lead organic social and creator initiatives across North America.

The Role

• Own and execute the influencer and creator program end-to-end, managing budgets, contract negotiations, and ambassador rosters

• Direct organic social channel strategy, content cadence, and execution across major social platforms

• Utilize data-driven tracking, affiliate links, and performance metrics to evaluate creator impact and optimize campaign ROI

• Lead and mentor a marketing team while fostering an integrated operating rhythm across social and creator initiatives

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of combined experience across social media and influencer marketing, including at least 2 years managing creator programs and associated budgets

• Proven track record of evaluating creator performance and defending marketing spend using data analytics

• Familiarity with affiliate and performance tracking tools for creators

• Direct experience working with modern social platforms and digital content trends

What's On Offer

• Annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year plus a 15% target bonus
