Chief Product Officer — Middle East Jobs Updates, United States

Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting and executing the overall product vision and strategy for Middle East Jobs Updates. The CPO will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring the platform meets the needs of job seekers and employers across multiple sectors. This role includes leading product roadmapping, prioritizing features, collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams, and using data to inform decisions. The CPO will manage and mentor product teams, align cross-functional stakeholders, and establish processes that drive product quality, user engagement, and scalable growth. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing product performance metrics, gathering user feedback, refining product requirements, and communicating clear objectives and outcomes to the broader organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivering products on time and within scope.

• Demonstrated Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership capabilities, with a track record of guiding diverse teams toward shared goals.

• Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, or job boards, ideally with exposure to the Middle East job market or global talent ecosystems.

• Data-driven decision-making skills, including comfort with analytics tools, user research, and experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, MVPs).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at executive and senior levels.

• Background in product-led growth or customer-centric product development; familiarity with UX principles and agile methodologies is beneficial.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in senior product leadership roles.
