About the Role

The Lead Product Manager, Digital Products leads product management across Frog Street’s digital product pods. This role translates product strategy and business priorities into coordinated roadmap decisions, delivery plans, and measurable product outcomes.

You will manage and develop Digital Product Managers, align priorities and dependencies across existing product roadmaps, and help ensure product work remains connected to customer needs, organizational priorities, and available capacity. You will also partner closely with Engineering, Research, Design, Curriculum, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and other teams to strengthen product planning, delivery, adoption, and performance.

This position reports to the Chief Product Officer and will manage two Digital Product Managers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the ongoing coordination and prioritization of digital product roadmaps across assigned product pods, evaluating customer needs, business priorities, dependencies, capacity, and technical considerations

• Recommend sequencing, tradeoffs, and resource allocation across competing product priorities

• Manage and develop Digital Product Managers by establishing expectations, providing ongoing feedback and coaching, evaluating performance, and supporting professional growth

• Translate product priorities into clear plans, milestones, requirements, and measurable outcomes

• Coordinate dependencies, address product-side blockers and competing priorities, and maintain visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and matters requiring escalation

• Incorporate customer needs, user behavior, market insights, research findings, and product data into product priorities and decisions

• Define and monitor measures of product adoption, engagement, usability, customer value, and performance, using findings to recommend improvements

• Establish and maintain consistent product-management practices across pods, including roadmap management, prioritization, requirements development, backlog quality, documentation, decision-making, and outcome measurement

• Partner with Engineering and other delivery teams to strengthen planning, backlog readiness, estimation, dependency management, and delivery practices while maintaining clear accountability between Product and Engineering

• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to address product requirements, launch considerations, customer implications, dependencies, risks, and decisions

• Communicate product priorities, tradeoffs, risks, progress, and recommendations clearly to leadership and other stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to improve product-management practices, tools, documentation, and team effectiveness

• Promote the effective adoption and responsible use of approved technologies, including AI-assisted tools, within digital product workflows

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, product management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• 7+ years of progressive experience in product management or digital product leadership within a software, SaaS, EdTech, or comparable digital-product environment

• Experience directly managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers or Product Owners

• Experience coordinating priorities, roadmaps, dependencies, and capacity across multiple products or product pods

• Demonstrated ability to translate product strategy, business priorities, and customer needs into prioritized roadmaps, requirements, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes

• Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Research, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

• Strong practical experience with Agile product-development practices, backlog management, product discovery, and iterative delivery

• Experience using product analytics, customer insights, and performance measures to inform product decisions

• Strong technical literacy and the ability to engage Engineering in discussions about feasibility, dependencies, delivery risks, architecture, and implementation tradeoffs

• Strong people-leadership, communication, organization, judgment, and cross-functional influencing skills

• Ability to balance near-term delivery needs with longer-term product priorities and sustainable team practices

• Experience in EdTech, K–12 education, early childhood education, or another education-related environment

• Experience supporting a transition from traditional products or services to SaaS, establishing product pods, or maturing product-management practices

Working Conditions

• Work may be performed in an office, home-office, or remote-work environment

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer are required
