Are you passionate about evaluating cutting-edge AI technologies, identifying quality issues, and helping improve the next generation of artificial intelligence systems?

We are seeking a AI Media Evaluator to assess AI-generated content across voice, image, video, and multimodal experiences. In this role, you will engage in live conversations with AI models, evaluate generated media for quality and accuracy, and provide detailed feedback that helps improve AI performance. This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to contribute directly to the advancement of innovative AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Participate in live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and evaluate their clarity, usefulness, and naturalness.

• Compare AI-generated images and videos to determine which output best meets provided prompts and requirements.

• Identify visual and audio quality issues, including distortions, unnatural movements, synchronization problems, and content inconsistencies.

• Rate AI-generated outputs across criteria such as prompt adherence, realism, quality, and overall performance.

• Provide clear, evidence-based written feedback explaining evaluation decisions.

• Review and validate edited media outputs against original source content.

• Analyze AI-generated speech for pronunciation, fluency, naturalness, and voice consistency.

• Support the continuous improvement of AI systems through detailed assessments and structured feedback.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency while handling multiple evaluation tasks across different content types.

What You'll Bring

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle visual, audio, and content-related issues.

• Ability to assess content objectively and make decisions when comparing multiple outputs.

• Strong analytical thinking and observation skills.

• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews, evaluations, or feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or equivalent experience.

• Experience with content moderation, quality assurance, annotation, labeling, testing, or evaluation projects.

• Familiarity with AI-generated media, machine learning applications, or digital content review processes.

• Experience evaluating images, videos, speech, or multimedia content.

• Understanding of common AI generation issues, including visual artifacts, incorrect text rendering, motion inconsistencies, and audio synchronization errors.

• Background in research, data annotation, linguistics, communications, media studies, or related fields is a plus.
