About the Opportunity:

The TRAINING CONTENT & CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST is responsible for developing high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia materials that support healthcare business initiatives, product education, sales readiness, and employee development. This role plays a key part in translating learning strategies and business objectives into clear, engaging training resources that enhance team effectiveness and contribute to improved organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies and business objectives.

• Create diverse materials including courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, and simulations.

• Simplify complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear content.

• Apply instructional design principles, adult learning theories, visual storytelling, branding, and accessibility standards.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and creative teams to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy.

• Utilize approved AI and digital tools to enhance production efficiency and learner experience.

• Manage multiple content projects, tracking plans, milestones, reviews, and risks.

• Continuously improve content based on feedback, performance data, and quality standards.

• Support additional markets as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience creating training, learning, communication, or educational content in multiple formats; healthcare experience preferred.

• Strong skills in instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content organization.

• Proven ability to manage multiple content production streams, review processes, and priorities.

• Familiarity with digital learning and content-authoring tools such as Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, or Canva.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Skill in simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.

• Knowledge of brand, accessibility, and quality standards.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• U.S. National Base Pay Range: $71,600 - $119,400, with geographic differentials applicable.
