Computer Vision Engineer, Perception

Small drones have changed modern warfare, and most systems built to stop them still struggle to see them early enough.

I’m working with an early-stage, venture-backed defense company building autonomous systems to counter that threat. Their hardware is already proven in field testing and is being sold to government and commercial customers.

They’re hiring a Computer Vision Engineer to own perception, which is the core of the product.

What you’ll do

• Own detection, tracking, and real-time video processing end to end

• Deploy and optimize models on embedded NVIDIA hardware

• Get the most detection range possible out of affordable sensors

• Take your work into regular field testing with customers and partners

What you’ll bring

• Real-time CV that has shipped and runs in production

• Detection and tracking of small, fast-moving objects (aerial experience is a strong plus)

• Edge deployment on embedded GPUs, with Jetson preferred

• Experience building low-latency video pipelines

• CUDA
