Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Houston, TX. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to support business decisions across recruitment, staffing, consulting, and training services. Responsibilities include performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, building reports and dashboards, and identifying trends and performance metrics. The role involves creating data models, interpreting results for non-technical stakeholders, and preparing clear visualizations and presentations. The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend data-driven improvements and support ongoing operational and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities.

• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and Data Modeling.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with diverse teams.

• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience working with large datasets and creating business reports in a professional environment is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
