Job Summary:

• Seeking a hands-on Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, and 2+ years of GenAI solution development.

• Strong experience in building and delivering Agentic Conversational AI solutions, particularly for banking IVR applications.

• Hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, Agentic AI Agents, and Agentic Prompts.

• Experience in intent classification, slot filling, utterance handling, fallback management, and NLU optimization.

• Strong knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and modern NLP techniques.

• Proficiency in Python, data analytics, experimentation, model evaluation, and performance tuning.

• Ability to analyze conversational data, identify performance gaps, and optimize prompts, training data, and NLU assets.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership.

• Must be self-driven, delivery-focused, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced onshore/offshore environment.
