About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR DATA ANALYST, MEDICAL GROUP, REMOTE plays a key role in supporting ambulatory operations and strategic decision-making through data analysis. This position is responsible for delivering actionable insights by utilizing Epic's analytics platform and various enterprise data systems. The role contributes significantly to enhancing clinical, operational, and financial outcomes by partnering with stakeholders and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop reports and visualizations using Radar and Power BI.

• Utilize Epic analytics ecosystem and other data systems such as Corporate Data Warehouse and Snowflake.

• Earn Epic Cogito 170 certification and foundational Snowflake credentials.

• Independently define business requirements and develop analytic solutions.

• Interpret analytic results and communicate findings to operational, clinical, and executive leaders.

• Serve as a trusted analytics partner across Medical Group Analytics, ambulatory practices, service lines, and physician enterprise functions.

• Mentor and support junior analysts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience or certifications in related tools and healthcare or other relevant fields.

• Experience with data mining and manipulation from enterprise warehouse systems.

• Knowledge of extract, transform, and load (ETL) data integration processes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Intermediate skills in SQL and data visualization tools.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Annual compensation range $94,577.60 to $151,361.60.

• Actual salary will depend on skills, experience, and qualifications.
