Sr. Art Director (Agency / Consultancy) — Creative Circle, Oklahoma City, OK

Our client, a strategic consultancy and transformation partner based in Oklahoma City, has an immediate need for a Sr. Art Director. This full-time position starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and comes with competitive salary and benefits.

This hybrid role requires some onsite work in the client's Oklahoma City office.

The ideal Sr. Art Director is client-facing and comfortable leading creative development from concept through execution. This is a hands-on role for a strong designer and visual storyteller who enjoys creating exceptional work across branding, campaigns, digital experiences, social media, web, and video.

Sr. Art Director Responsibilities:

• Lead creative concept development across brand, digital, social, web, print, and experiential projects

• Drive projects independently from brief to final delivery

• Translate strategic insights into impactful visual identities, campaigns, and experiences

• Collaborate with strategy, account, content, digital, and production teams to turn business challenges into compelling creative solutions

• Present and defend creative concepts to internal teams and clients

• Create high-quality work across digital, print, presentations, web, motion, and video

• Design websites, landing pages, and digital experiences using Figma or similar tools

• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve quality, efficiency, and innovation

• Collaborate with writers, developers, photographers, and external partners

• Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and vendor relationships

Sr. Art Director Requirements:

• 8+ years of agency, consultancy, or in-house creative experience

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and hands-on execution

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Experience with Figma and modern digital design workflows

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Firefly, or similar platforms

• Strong typography, branding, visual storytelling, and production skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, web design, and presentation design preferred
