🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize effective prompts for large language models (LLMs) and AI-powered applications.

• Experiment with different prompting techniques, including zero-shot, few-shot, chain-of-thought, and structured prompting.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, relevance, consistency, and reliability.

• Develop prompt templates and reusable frameworks for various business applications.

• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business teams to identify AI implementation opportunities.

• Test and refine prompts to improve model responses, reduce errors, and minimize hallucinations.

• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows for content generation, data analysis, customer support, and business automation.

• Work with APIs and AI platforms to integrate language models into existing applications and systems.

• Analyze model behavior and identify opportunities to improve response quality and performance.

• Develop evaluation methods, testing datasets, and performance benchmarks for prompt optimization.

• Document prompt engineering processes, best practices, and technical specifications.

• Stay updated on advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

• Explore emerging AI tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency and business productivity.

• Support the development of intelligent AI solutions that address real-world business challenges.

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer, AI Engineer, NLP Engineer, or in a similar technical role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and prompt engineering principles.

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and models such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.

• Knowledge of prompt optimization techniques and AI model evaluation methods.

• Basic to advanced programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languages.

• Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and AI application integration.

• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning concepts.

• Strong analytical thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and identify inaccuracies, biases, and inconsistencies.

• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI practices, and data privacy principles is an advantage.
