About The Role

DTS is seeking an experienced .NET Angular Developer to perform specialized programming and technical work across web and internet development. You will collaborate with business analysts, project sponsors, review boards, technical teams, and end users to translate requirements into secure, reliable software. The role offers limited supervision and considerable latitude to use initiative and independent judgment. You will plan and complete complex tasks independently while contributing effectively within Agile teams and, where applicable, traditional project delivery processes.

The ideal candidate brings at least six years of experience with Angular, .NET technologies, Azure DevOps, and cloud AWS migration. Strong written and verbal communication, practical Test-Driven Development experience, and familiarity with Playwright for integration testing are important to success. Experience with PowerApps is also required.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required. Candidates should have six or more years of Angular development experience, six or more years working with .NET technologies, six or more years of Azure DevOps experience, and six or more years of cloud AWS migration experience. Applicants should demonstrate extensive knowledge of advanced principles, techniques, and methods for designing and developing web and standalone applications.

Additional qualifications include experience with process-oriented Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development, and Playwright integration testing; familiarity with PowerApps; and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be confident communicating technical information clearly, participating in project discussions, and applying sound judgment to complex development tasks.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain application code based on approved requirements, architecture, and design. Create reusable solutions that meet business and technical needs and comply with security requirements, including applicable secure application development lifecycle standards. Identify application-level security risks, address vulnerabilities promptly, and follow team configuration management and change management procedures.

Work with business analysts to present gathered information to project review boards, project sponsors, workgroups, and technical review boards. Explain recommendations and respond to questions. Draft technical models for data elements and design those elements to support application needs. Create and maintain system, functional, and other IT documentation in accordance with applicable project standards, including SUITE requirements.

Participate in structured walkthroughs, code reviews, stage exits, and project meetings. Perform unit, string, and integrated testing; develop the associated test plans, scripts, and cases; and use Playwright where appropriate for integration testing. Document issues, investigate root causes, and prepare analysis reports. Evaluate enhancement requests for their impact on existing applications, develop user manuals, and provide user training as needed.
